Project Overview

Our nonprofit is organizing our 3rd annual online educational series, “Wars, Diseases & Bioethics” which will be held from March 25-30, 2024. Students will include high school seniors and professionals across the globe. However, we need marketing experts to help us market this very important event. It seems that what we are currently using might not be sufficient to attract participants and/or the venues. We need a serious expert leverage.

The spring school includes lectures and seminars, film screenings, and special guest speakers. The faculty includes experts and scholars with international reputations who will lecture and conduct seminars on current and futuristic topics related to wars, bioethics, global health, medicine, and biosciences. All participants will have the opportunity to engage in an intercultural dialogue over all topics presented.

There has never been a greater need for improved international dialogue on issues ranging from global responses to ongoing conflicts (wars) and diseases, to the ethics of using AI in medicine and caregiving, to say the least. In addition to learning from lectures, seminars, film screenings, and guest addresses, our school participants will engage in necessary intercultural debates on the current topics presented with colleagues and experts from around the world. The 6-day training is a must giving the world dire and somehow traumatic circumstances. We are able to share examples of the advertising materials we've used in the past via our social media channels, LinkedIn especially. We have compiled the list of speakers total and the event schedule is ready to be shared as a promotional device. We use Brevo, an email marketing tool, to send the call for event applications to all our constituents (around 45.000).
