This assignment is of strategic value, and we will support the volunteer with all the support and information. This is a remote role, and a certificate/ letter could be provided upon successful completion of the role.
GCR leadership has a defined organizational chart with a clear board & staff structure along with tentative roles & responsibilities of candidates to be recruited. The HR volunteer is expected to review and create well defined JDs based on research and also shortlist and reach-out to identified profiles.
