Due to an opportunity/partnership that has recently come up, we need to have advice as to the best way to establish the relationship between the non profit and the business who wants to help with the concept. We have the ability, once we have the funds, to widen the scope of this project due to the partner's connections, but we need help in doing things so the non-profit does things correctly. I hope there is someone who can help us who is very familiar with how non profits structure things so they can benefit from partnerships. I don't want to lose this partner as it will make things go so smoothly in the area as well as in other areas throughout the USA.I finally have someone who wants to work with me to help people with cancer. Now I need someone to help me structure things with this partnership because I don't know how to do it. It just came out of no where, luckily, for me. I need to find someone who knows a lot about the ins and outs of non profits who knows how to structure situations so the non profit can benefit from this opportunity. It involves a lot of logistics and figuring out what will work out best for the non profit, financially. I have done a lot of the legwork and had a business plan drawn up but it was based on my doing most of the work myself and adding others in along the way. Now I have someone to work alongside of me and help me with a majority of the logistics. I don't know how to structure the business part of this, as far as financials go and the way in which the partnership will work.
