Session Overview
I am looking for basic information on how to find someone to build an app. A Band of Voters works to empower students to vote through education and celebration on State Institutions of higher learning. We would like to develop an app to help students engage in our initiative the PartyToThePolls, a program to help students through the process of voting.

Mission: A Band of Voters works to empower students on Community College and State University campuses to engage in the democratic process and claim their power at the ballot box. Through its open source campaign, the Party to a Polls, ABOV is changing the culture of voting, partnering with student leaders to hold civic celebrations that educate and mobilize a new generation of voters through art, food and community.
